ITF 2027 Hotel Options

Explore the official ITF 2027 partner hotels. Each hotel is located in downtown Louisville and offers attendees convenient access to the festival, convention center, dining, and other attractions at an exclusive ITF rate.

Attendees must plan to book with a partner hotel while attending ITF. Additional details will be provided as they are confirmed.

Hotel registration will open through EdTA in early February 2027. Please wait until EdTA opens registration before making your hotel reservation requests. Event room rates can only be accessed through the official ITF booking process.

Housing Support for Schools

Planning hotel accommodations doesn't have to be a one-person job. The EdTA staff and a representative from Louisville Tourism will provide guidance and support to help groups arrange hotel housing.

About room occupancy: The maximum room occupancies listed above are provided for planning purposes. Groups are responsible for following their own school and district policies regarding student room assignments and the number of students permitted to share a room. District or school policies may require fewer occupants than the hotel's stated maximum.
