Registration Opens January 2023

Before You Register...

To expedite the registration process and ensure that you are shown the appropriate fees and add-on activities, please update your EdTA account information and troupe roster (if applicable) at myedta.schooltheatre.org.

Troupe Directors must induct eligible students before registering them for ITF at the discounted Thespian rate. It may take up to 48 hours for your troupe roster to reflect changed induction status in our system.

Parents/guardians chaperoning students who are not attending with a Thespian Troupe must create a MyEdTA account before beginning the registration process.

Chaperones

Students attending ITF must be accompanied by a chaperone (a troupe director, parent/guardian, or other group leader over the age of 21). Chaperones must first register as the primary contact, then add student attendees and additional chaperones to their registration.

Chaperones and students must register for the same housing accommodations (i.e. chaperones are not permitted to stay off campus if students they are chaperoning are staying on campus). Note: one (1) adult chaperone must be registered for every 8 students attending with the same group.

Follow These Pre-Registration Steps:

Update your EdTA account and troupe roster (if applicable) at myedta.schooltheatre.org. After logging in, select “Edit My Profile” to update your personal information.

Collect the following information for each attendee you will be registering:

Troupe Number (for inducted Thespians and students affiliated with a chartered troupe)

Grade level (for students)

Email address

Cell phone number

T-shirt size

Emergency Contact Information (name & phone number)

For adults, this should be a spouse or relative
For students, this should be a parent or guardian

Full legal name (for adults)

Parent/Guardian name (for students)

Parent/Guardian email address (for students)

Dietary restrictions

Gender

Pronouns
