How to Register

  1. Review the ITF Registration Workbook. You can download or print the PDF for ease of access and sharing! (add button and ensure it opens in new window)
  2. Collect attendee info. We recommend using the sheets provided at the end of the workbook. There's one for students and one for adults.
  3. Use the Create/Update Accounts button to instantly add or update records for ALL attendees. Everyone has to have an account before you enter the registration form. Note: this form does not create Thespian or Professional memberships for individuals. (add button and ensure it opens in new window)
  4. Troupe directors should use their Troupe Dashboard to induct Thespians, Junior Thespians, and/or Honorary Thespians.
  5. Select your registration form based on your housing selection:
    • All-Access Pass: dorm housing + meal plan included - registration completed by Primary Adult Leader (PAL)
    • Activities Only Pass: host hotel housing (not included), no meal plan - registration completed by PAL
    • Virtual Programs: students participating in Thespys and/or College Auditions but not attending in person. - registration will only include student participants, adults cannot register with this form, can be completed by student or adult
  6. Click the form button below and complete your registration!
  7. After registering, check your confirmation email to see what comes next! Next steps might include...
