How to Register for ITF
We can't wait for you to join us at ITF.
Registration opens February 4, 2026.
Before Registering
1. Review the Registration Guide and Webinar
Review the 2026 Registration Guide to familiarize yourself with the process before registering.

2. Collect Attendee Info
We recommend using the worksheets provided at the end of the Registration Guide. There are separate worksheets for students, adults, and group planning.
3. Create/Update EdTA Accounts
All attendees in your group must have an account with EdTA before registering for ITF. Account creation is free and easy.
4. Induct Thespians
Not all students need to be inducted Thespians to attend ITF; however, Thespians receive discounted registration. Use your Troupe Dashboard at myedta.schooltheatre.org to induct Thespians (including Junior and Honorary Thespians). This will ensure the proper discounts are available when registering for the event.
Register Now
Select the appropriate registration form based on your housing selection. Note: Once a registration is begun, you must submit the registration form to save your work. Incomplete registration forms will not be saved. The Primary Adult Leader (PAL) must be registered first, followed by additional attendees.
Any additional attendees can be added in the Attendee Service Center at a later date anytime before registration closes.
All Inclusive Pass
Residence hall housing and meal plan included. This registration must be completed by the PAL.
Activities Pass
Off-campus housing at an ITF host hotel (cost not included). No meal plan. This registration must be completed by the PAL.
Virtual Programs
Only for Thespians participating in Thespys and/or College Auditions but not attending ITF in person. Cannot be used to register adults. The Virtual Programs form should be completed by an adult on the student's behalf.
One Day Performance Pass
Only for non-member adults attending one or more days of ITF but not the full event. Includes all standard ITF programming on day(s) selected at time of registration. Does not include housing or a meal plan. Attendees must reserve at an ITF host hotel.
After Registration
After registering, check your confirmation email to see what comes next! Next steps might include completing the following:
- Thespys adjudication submissions
- College Audition video submissions
- Completing background checks
- Submitting Health and Consent Forms
- Campus Housing Form (All Inclusive Pass only)
- Safety & Security Training
- Ticketing reservations
