ITF Safety Line & Incident Form
Attendees should call the ITF Safety Line at (513) 977-5566 for assistance with non-life-threatening safety issues. If there is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first, then call the ITF Safety Line.
Attendees can use this form to report security and medical-related safety incidents to the ITF Team. If you have questions or cannot complete this form online, please call the ITF Safety Line. Reporting incidents is a vital part of how the ITF Team responds to those in need and works to ensure a safer event each year.
