Ticketing Information

ITF offers a wide array of performances, including full-length productions, one-acts, and more. Each attendee is entitled to one (1) ticket per performance time slot, and registration groups must attend the same performance within each slot. Tickets are limited and assigned based on availability, with priority given to early registrants.

Key Dates

To ensure your group can enjoy their preferred performances, the Primary Adult Leader (PAL) must reserve tickets by June 4, 2025. Groups that do not meet this deadline will have tickets assigned by the IU Box Office based on availability, and no changes can be made after assignments are finalized.

Ticket Reservations

For Groups

The PAL is responsible for reserving tickets for their entire group through the IU Box Office. Once registered, the PAL will receive an email with their Ticketmaster login credentials and an assigned reservation time slot. Groups must attend the same performance during each time slot and cannot split across multiple shows.

If your group consists of 10 or more attendees, the IU Box Office is available to assist with reservations to ensure a smooth process. Performances are highly popular and may sell out quickly, so early registration improves your chances of securing your top choices. Contact the IU Box Office at tickets@iu.edu to request assistance.

For Individuals

Individual attendees, including adult participants, exhibitors, and presenters, may reserve tickets after group ticket reservations have concluded. Reservation details will be sent via email, and tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Opening and Closing Ceremonies

All attendees are assigned a venue for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies based on their registration date. Tickets for these events will be included in the registration packets distributed to the PAL or individual attendees.

Performing Troupes

Groups participating in ITF performances, such as Main Stage productions or Chapter Select One-Acts, will receive tickets to their own shows. These tickets will match the number of All-Access and Activities-Only Passes purchased by the registration deadline and are subject to availability.

Accessing & Distributing Tickets

Digital tickets will be available through Ticketmaster, while printed tickets for all performances will be included in the registration packets. The PAL is responsible for distributing tickets to their group members. Printed tickets for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will be included in the registration packet along with performance tickets; no digital tickets will be issues for these performances.

Missed Deadline and Assistance

Groups or individuals who fail to reserve tickets by June 4, 2025, will have performances assigned by the IU Box Office based on availability. Once tickets are assigned, modifications will not be allowed.

For technical issues or other ticketing inquiries, contact the IU Box Office at tickets@iu.edu. Please note that EdTA staff do not have access to the ticket portal and cannot assist with ticketing questions.
