Ticket Reservations

If in need of assistance once the ticket window opens, contact the IU Auditorium Box Office at tickets@iu.edu or (812) 855-1103 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday-Friday. Add tickets@iu.edu to your trusted sender list to ensure you receive emails.

Groups

The PAL is responsible for reserving tickets for their entire group. Review the descriptions and content warnings before reserving tickets so that you can select the most appropriate shows for your group.

EdTA is committed to providing a variety of performances for a variety of audiences. It is each group's responsibility to make the most appropriate choices for their own students.

PALs for each registration group will receive an email from the IU Auditorium Box Office with their Ticketmaster login credentials and an assigned reservation time slot. Ticket reservation windows are staggered between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday-Friday (no weekends or holidays) with priority given to early registrants.

The IU Auditorium Box Office will send a reminder email when ticket reservation window opens. If you have not received an email with your assigned ticket reservation window by May 22, please check your spam and then contact the IU Auditorium Box Office.

All attendees in each registration group must attend the same performances and may not split across or book multiple shows in the same performance slot. Note that the IU Auditorium box office reserves the right to cancel tickets to one or all performances should groups attempt to split their tickets across multiple performances in the same time slot or book multiple shows in the same time slot.

It is suggested that groups of 10 or more either call or email IU Auditorium Box Office to reserve tickets, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. PALs may send ticket reservation requests before their group's assigned ticket reservation window opens to ensure a smooth process for reserving tickets.

If you have attendees with ADA requests within your group, contant IU Auditorium Box Office for assistance.

Individuals

Individual attendees (including adults attending without students, exhibitors, teaching artists and presenters) will receive an email from the IU Auditorium Box Office with their Ticketmaster login credentials and an assigned reservation time slot.

Opening and Closing Showcases

Tickets will not be issued for the Opening Showcase and Closing Showcase. Seating is general admission and all attendees are welcome.

Accessing & Distributing Tickets

Attendees will receive printed tickets at ITF. PALs are responsible for distributing tickets to their group. The IU Auditorium Box Office will be open on site from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sunday, June 21 to resolve any ticket issues or discrepancies. Should your schedule change at any point during the week, please return tickets for performances you are no longer able to attend to the IU Auditorium Box Office for redistribution.

Lost Tickets

Lost tickets can be reprinted and picked up at the IU Auditorium Box Office. If one or more tickets is lost in a group reservation, the PAL for the registration group must request reprints. It is suggested to either call or email the IU Auditorium Box Office to request reprints.

Missed Deadline and Assistance

Groups or individuals who fail to reserve tickets by June 10, will have performances assigned based on availability. Once tickets are assigned, modifications will not be allowed.

For technical issues or other ticketing inquiries, contact the IU Auditorium Box Office at tickets@iu.edu or (812) 855-1103 from 10 a.m. ET to 5 p.m. ET Monday-Friday to request assistance. Please note that EdTA staff do not have access to the ticket portal and cannot assist with ticketing questions.

Unused Tickets

There is high demand for unused tickets to any ticketed performance. If you find yourself with tickets you know you aren’t going to use, please return them to the IU Auditorium Box Office. If anyone is looking for seats for any ticketed performance, these tickets can be redistributed to ITF attendees. So check in with the box office from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. for availability!
